Separate areas for under 18 months, under 4s and the big kids, so every child has a safe space to play.
Our team keeps an eye on the equipment all day and first aid is always on hand.
Our ball-cleaning machine washes 15,000 balls an hour, and everyone wears socks in the frames.
We don't keep nuts on site and outside food isn't allowed, which keeps the whole place safer.

Open 7 days, 10am to 5pm. Last entry 3:30pm.
We strongly recommend booking online before you set off, even in term time. If we have space we'll happily book you in at reception, but if we're full we can't let you in without a booking.
Play sessions are 2 hours. Last entry is 3:30pm, and if you arrive after 3pm you can play right through to 5pm.
Don't worry, getting out the door with kids doesn't always go to plan. We allow 15 minutes either side of your booking. If you'll be later than that, give us a call, because on busy days we may need to move your slot.
Only baby food. Everything else comes from our café, which also helps us keep the building nut-free.
Of course. Grown-ups are welcome in the frames, but not in the ball pools or on slides, spinners or the zip line. That keeps everyone safe.
Children up to age 11 and a maximum height of 145cm.
